Stuff you will need!
- 300g fresh raspberries/or frozen, thawed
- 1/3 cup icing sugar, sieved
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Vanilla Ice-cream
How to make these tasty treats
Place raspberries, icing sugar and lemon juice in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.

Hint- If you don’t have a processor mash the raspberries up with a fork, put through a sieve as above then stir in the icing sugar and lemon juice through.
A thicker raspberry sauce can be made by not straining the seeds which add fibre. Different berries are suitable to make a coulis with. Coulis can be frozen and thawed as needed.
